A self-described 'compulsize learner', Andy has extensive experience with both media production and data systems.
A National Merit Scholar with over 120 credit hours studying business computer systems, music, and psychology at the University of North Texas, he approaches challenges with well-honed analytical and aesthetic abilities, allowing him to accurately tailor both the data architecture and the media content of every project to successfully realize each client's unique marketing goals.
His experience with many different development environments and programming languages has allowed Mr. Boyd to provide custom-built data solutions to businesses in the DFW metroplex since 2004. He has tackled projects as diverse as multi-user database solutions using Access and |
| MySQL, custom applications for businesses built in Microsoft's .NET development environment, specialized interface design, and interactive, media rich websites using Flash, AJAX, and PHP. His involvement in every stage of the development cycle, from planning and coding to deployment and end-user education, gives him a unique depth of perspective into the complex interactions between people and computers.
Aside from his technical prowess, Mr. Boyd has over a decade of experience in digital audio production and is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist, having studied cello under the head of the department at UNT and then later expanding his playing abilities to guitar, piano, and turntables. He has composed, performed on, and produced hundreds of tracks in his personal studio using a wide array of software and hardware. These audio production capabilites coupled with video editing experience in Premier and After Effects give him a formidable advantage in any circumstance that requires cutting-edge, professional-quality media production.
